Confirm the equipment before deciding to buy

A used line depends on the autoclaves, cutting system, controls and wear parts. Inspection results, missing items and delivery responsibility are written into the quotation.

Inspection before quotation

Autoclave condition, available safety-valve records, lid seal, cutting accuracy and PLC status are reviewed within the agreed scope. Defects and missing parts are recorded with photos and video.

Wear parts matched to the line

Autoclave seals, side panels, cutting wire, moulds and friction wheels can be supplied with the line or ordered separately, matched to the equipment model.

Reports and commissioning support

Reports are prepared in English, Russian and Chinese. Installation and commissioning support is quoted separately after the site conditions are confirmed.

Project examples

Typical scopes for a used AAC line

These illustrative scopes show what is reviewed before a quotation: equipment, site conditions and delivery responsibility. They do not represent current stock or completed deliveries.

Clear project scope

Checked before quotation, confirmed before contract

Checked before quotation

  • Equipment identity, configuration and visible condition
  • Inspection scope, measured defects and missing parts
  • Packing list, dimensions and preliminary transport plan
  • Price basis: age, condition and selected delivery scope

Confirmed before contract

  • Pressure-vessel and destination certification requirements
  • Customs requirements confirmed by a licensed broker

How we work

How a deal runs, step by step

01

Inquiry

Send the plant location, current equipment and target capacity.

02

Scope and evidence

We confirm the equipment to assess, the evidence already available, and the items still open.

03

Inspection and report

The agreed checkpoints are recorded with measured values, photos and video.

04

Packing and shipment

Equipment is dismantled and packed. Route, timing and loading plans are confirmed before shipment.

05

Installation and commissioning

Supervision, training and spares are quoted separately, with written acceptance criteria.

Example of a complete 6 m line

The table shows the equipment groups found in a documented 6 m AAC-ALC line shipped in 17 consignments. It explains the scope to be checked; it is not a listing of current stock.

4.8 m lines, typically 80–90 tonnes and 50,000–100,000 m³/year, can also be assessed.

Questions before purchase

Frequently asked questions

Why consider a used line?
A used line can shorten the planning period when suitable civil works already exist. The quotation is issued only after inspection, so defects and missing parts are known before purchase.
What is in the inspection report?
The agreed checkpoints include measured values, photos and video, a defects list by severity, and a wear-parts list with remaining-life estimates. Reports are prepared in English, Russian and Chinese.
How is the price calculated?
The quotation states the reference new-line price, the age adjustment and the condition adjustment. Both adjustments are shown so the calculation can be checked.
How does delivery work?
Equipment is dismantled and packed. Rail, road or sea routing, transit time and oversized loading plans are confirmed before shipment. Installation is quoted separately.
What is included in the quotation?
The equipment-only and delivered-to-production scopes are separated. Freight, customs, civil works, installation, commissioning and acceptance criteria are written as included, excluded or pending confirmation.
Do you supply wear parts afterwards?
Autoclave seals, cutting wire, side panels, moulds and friction wheels can be assessed against your line model and destination transport conditions; availability and shipping are confirmed case by case.
